Support Custom Agents in Central CLI

Problem

The user wants to use custom agents, such as OpenCode, Zerostack, and in-house agents, with Central CLI instead of being limited to predefined agents provided by JetBrains.

Cause

Central restricts agent usage to a predefined set of available options, excluding custom-built agents.

Resolution

Currently, Central CLI doesn't support Zerostack agent. There is a feature request for this JCP-7076, and it is currently under review by the product team. OpenCode agent support is planned but not yet implemented either.
