Cannot remove a user from the organization in JetBrains Console

Problem

An organization admin is unable to remove the user from the organization in the JetBrains Console. Although the "Remove from organization" option is visible, clicking it does not perform the intended action.

Cause

It was identified that the issue occurred because the user had the "Primary Billing" role assigned. Users with this role cannot be removed until the role is revoked.

Resolution

The organization admin should revoke "Primary Billing" role from the user, which allowed the "Remove from organization" action to proceed successfully. Once this change is made, the user can be successfully removed from the organization.
