Missing feature in JCP: Filter Contacts by Assigned Notification Types

Problem

Organization admins cannot list the contacts that receive a given email notification type, for example all contacts with Billing notifications. In an organization with many contacts, the admin must read the Email notifications column, row by row, to find out who receives what.

Cause

The Contacts page currently supports searching by name/email and viewing assigned notification types in the Email notifications column, but it does not provide a dedicated filter by notification type (and this filter is not documented).

Requested behavior

Add a filter on the Contacts page that shows only the contacts with the selected notification types.

Resolution

No resolution or workaround at the moment.
