Missing feature in JCP: Revoke another user's API token

Problem

The user cannot find the "Users with access to company licenses" table in the Organization Administration section of the JetBrains Central Console. This table is required to revoke another user's API token.

Cause

The JCP admin page has no such block, as described in the documentation, on an Organization page:

No resolution or workaround at the moment. Known issue currently being addressed.
