Limited access to JetBrains Central Console: no org admin user in the organization

Problem

A user is unable to access all features of the JetBrains Central Console, for example, only the Licensing tab is accessible.

Cause

The organization is missing an 'Org Admin' user.

Resolution

Contact the sales team so that they can send an org admin invitation email.
