ReSharper still suggests collection expressions after "Use collection expression syntax" is turned off

Problem

After the Use collection expression syntax checkbox is cleared in the ReSharper options, the editor still shows "Use collection expression" suggestions. When ReSharper is turned off, the suggestions go away.

Cause

Two rows on the same options page have their own severity, and the Use collection expression syntax checkbox does not control them: Suggest for empty collection object construction and Suggest '[..anotherCollection]'. Both have Hint severity by default.

Resolution

Use one of these options:

• On the options page with the Use collection expression syntax checkbox, set Suggest for empty collection object construction and Suggest '[..anotherCollection]' to Do not show.
• In the editor, place the caret on the highlighted code, press Alt+Enter, open the Inspection item for the suggestion, and choose Configure inspection severity | Do not show.

These options have no .editorconfig keys. Collection expression settings are missing from .editorconfig tracks adding them.
