Is there a way to give the refactor dotted box line a different color?

Is there a way to make the dotted line that appears when hanging/adding a new parameter to a method a different color?

Answer

The color can be changed in Visual Studio settings: Tools | Options | Environment | Fonts and Colors | ReSharper Name or Signature Changed.
