Toolbox App: "The installation path is not writable. Check the tool settings for details" message on macOS

Problem

When updating an IDE via the Toolbox App, I see "The installation path is not writable. Check the tool settings for details" message.

Resolution

1. Open System Settings | Privacy & Security | App Management.
2. Enable or add the JetBrains Toolbox App here.
