dotTrace and dotMemory are not available in Visual Studio

Problem

dotTrace and dotMemory are not integrated into Visual Studio, although they are available as standalone tools.

Resolution

In order for the tools to integrate into Visual Studio, ensure that the desired version(s) of Visual Studio is selected (highlighted in blue) in the installer.
