ReSharper Extension Manager is empty

Problem

Nothing is displayed in the Extension Manager.

Cause

Possible reasons:

• an incorrect feed is specified in (Extensions |) ReSharper | Options | Environment | Extension Manager. For example, the correct one for ReSharper 2026.1.1 is: https://resharper-plugins.jetbrains.com/api/v2/curated-feeds/RSU-2026.1.1.65536/
• proxy is used on the user side.
• Out-of-process mode is enabled: RSRP-501826 Extensions cannot be installed in out-of-process mode.

Resolution

• Check the feed in (Extensions |) ReSharper | Options | Environment | Extension Manager;
• Set up proxy server settings in (Extensions |) ReSharper | Options | Environment | Web Proxy Settings | Uncheck "Use system..." and fill fields in.
• Switch to In-Process mode, then install the needed plugin and switch back to Out-of-process mode.

Workaround

The offline installation can be used.
