How to get binlog for ReSharper's project model problems

How to collect MSBuild binlog for the project reloading in ReSharper's project model?

Answer

1. Run Visual Studio with /ReSharper.Internal key to run R# in debug mode: devenv.exe /ReSharper.Internal
2. Load a solution and choose the problematic project in the Solution Explorer
3. Hit Ctrl+Shift+A,
4. Type in and choose this action: "Reload projects from file system and collect logs";
5. Save both the .log and .binlog resulting files.
6. Upload files to the JetBrains Uploads service and share the generated Upload ID
