Rename quick fix doesn't work in Essentials tutorials

Problem

• open (Extensions) | ReSharper | Help | Tutorials;
• Alt+Enter should rename the class, the only option is to remove the class.

Resolution

Enable (Extensions) | ReSharper | Options | Code Inspection | Inspection Severity | C# Constraints Violations | Inconsistent Naming.
