ReSharper could not find some TODO patterns

Problem

Some TODO patterns are not being detected by ReSharper's To-do Explorer.

Resolution

Confirm that the correct tool is being used:

1. Navigate to ReSharper | Tools | To-do Explorer in the ReSharper menu.

2. This ensures the use of ReSharper's To-do Explorer instead of Visual Studio's default task manager.

Verify and correct the regex pattern:

1. Open the settings via ReSharper | Options | Tools | To-do Explorer and review the To-do Explorer regex pattern.

2. Ensure that the regex expression does not include unintended whitespace or tabs.

3. Use the default regex expression: (?<=\W|^)(?<TAG>TODO)(\W|$)(.*).
