Problem
Cannot activate AI Assistant trial in ReSharper 2024.1.2. There is a Something went wrong error in AI Assistant chat and AI Assistant is not activated warning in the License Information dialog.
Resolution
Try these steps one by one:
- Install the latest version from our web page.
- Try allowing access to the URLs listed here: How to allow access to JetBrains AI Assistant/Junie in the company network firewall/proxy.
- If this doesn’t help, please collect a log file and send it to our support team.
