JetBrains AI Ultimate not working in ReSharper versions earlier than 2025.1

Problem

Purchased a license for AI Ultimate. ReSharper version is 2024.3.8.

There is a "Something went wrong" error message and "Retry" button in AI Assistant Chat.

Also, there is the following error in the log file:

Cause

ReSharper 2024.3.8 doesn't support the new AI license - AI Ultimate.

Resolution

Install the latest ReSharper.
