Issue/Symptom: (RIDER-91067)
Build Unreal Engine from sources fails with the following error:
Microsoft.NET.Sdk.ImportWorkloads.props(14,38): Error MSB4236 : The SDK 'Microsoft.NET.SDK.WorkloadAutoImportPropsLocator' specified could not be found. C:\Program Files\dotnet\sdk\<version>\Sdks\Microsoft.NET.Sdk\targets\Microsoft.NET.Sdk.ImportWorkloads.props at (14:38)

Explanation/Workaround:
This issue happens on Windows when VS configuration misses the necessary components.
To resolve this issue, open the VS / VS Build Tools installer and ensure Desktop development with C++ and .NET desktop development workloads are installed. Resrart Rider after installation is finished.
If the issue persists, try switching Settings | Build, Execution, Deployment | Toolset & Build → .NET CLI executable path to dotnet version bundled with Unreal Engine (located in {path_to_UE}/Binaries/ThirdParty/DotNet)
