Can't select Rider as a source code editor in Unreal Engine settings

Issue/Symptom: (RIDER-77824)

Rider is missing from the list of available source code editors in Unreal Engine settings under General - Source Code | Accessor

Workaround:

Reinstall Rider using the Toolbox and ensure Unreal Engine is installed under the current user.
