Problem
ReSharper menu isn't visible in the top main menu of Visual Studio.
Cause
Visual Studio since 2019 has relocated all extensions into the Extensions menu by default.
Resolution
- To restore the ReSharper menu to the main toolbar, go to Tools | Customize | Extensions Menu and uncheck the ReSharper option.
- If the option to select ReSharper isn’t available in the dialog, even though it’s installed and there is the following message: "no menus available to be re-parented", updating Visual Studio may help.
