Viewing all active licenses on the Administration > Licenses page

Is it possible to view all active licenses on the Administration > Licenses page as it was before?

I.e., switch from how the licenses are displayed now: to old view:

No, it is not possible, as once switched to the JetBrains Account-based licensing model, the licenses are managed by JetBrains Account and can't be managed locally in the TeamCity UI.
