TeamCity installation includes the following JARs:

TeamCity\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\plugins\searchBuildByNumber\server\parent-join-client-7.17.28.jar TeamCity\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\plugins\searchBuildByNumber\server\elasticsearch-geo-7.17.28.jar
They are licensed under MongoDB-SSPL-1.0.
Are there any drawbacks for the end-users of TeamCity?

End users are not affected by SSPL licensing. For reference:
