What does it mean? Are there any limitations on the number of build configurations imposed by the build agent license?

Answer

Each build agent license adds 10 additional build configurations to the total number of build configurations available on the TeamCity Server when the TeamCity Server is activated with a TeamCity Professional license. It has no effect when an active TeamCity Enterprise server license is present, as TeamCity Enterprise already supports an unlimited number of build configurations.
