How to change the color of the gutter line numbers

How to change the color of the gutter line numbers. The gutter numbers are so dim that they are hardly visible in my current used theme, so I want to change them.

Answer

To change the gutter line number color:

1. Open Settings | Editor | Color Scheme |  General.
2. Find Code | Line number or Line number on caret row options.
3. Change the foreground color there.
