How to change the number of elements in title bar in Linux/Windows

Problem:

How to have more/less elements in the window title bar? Default tool window bar

Solution:

To have more elements:

Right-click on the empty space and select "Main menu | Merge with Main Toolbar"

Result:

To have less elements:

Right-click the window title and un-select "Merge main menu with window title"
