Will data sharing be enabled by default if 'AI Assistant' is disabled / uninstalled?

Will data sharing be enabled by default for people who have disabled or uninstalled the AI Assistant plugin?

What if they haven't accepted the Terms & Conditions, and therefore don't use AI Assistant?

Answer

Data sharing is controlled on IDE level, so it is possible to accept it without any AI services installed.
