Issue with Commit Message Generation in JetBrains Mellum Setup

Problem

After setting up JetBrains Mellum according to the provided documentation, some completion requests, such as code completion, work, while commit message generation fails with a 404 error.

Cause

The issue arises because the needed API is missing in AI Enterprise.

Resolution

This has been confirmed as a bug and is tracked under YouTrack ID: IDES-12211.
