Documentation: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/ide-services/ai-enterprise.html
- Check that AI Enterprise enabled on the Configuration page:
- In case Enable button is missing(!), make sure AI is allowed in your JetBrains Account. See Enable or disable JetBrains AI in your organization for guidance.
- Make sure AI Enterprise enabled for at least one profile with real users: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/ide-services/configure-profiles.html#enable_ai_profile
- In order to use AI Enterprise user has to be connected to IDE Services via Toolbox App: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/ide-services/connect-to-instance.html
- Inside an IDE, here's how you ensure AI Enterprise is active:
- AI Assistant chat is working
- In the IDE Services Settings window there are checkboxes over 'api/ai' endpoint and Required Plugin 'JetBrains AI Assistant' (see screenshot)
6. Ignore AI Assistance license page! It currently reflects only personal license, not AI Enterprise! UPD. Fixed in 2025.1 AI Assistant plugin release.
