The TeamCity server fails to start with the following errors:

Changing the amount of heap (-Xmx) or the timeout for the process doesn't help.
Cause
Some plugins have been disabled by the user, typically via the <TeamCity Data Directory>/config/disabled-plugins.xml file.
Attempts at replication have been unsuccessful so far, so it seems there is some other variable preventing the compilation from working, but it hasn't been identified yet
Resolution
Enabling the plugins should prevent this issue.
