Symptoms
Confirmed affected versions: 2025.11.1, 2025.11.2
- Slowness in the TeamCity database connection, i.e., queries and requests take a long time to process, leading to poor performance.
- Issues with the build messages queue processing.
Cause
It is likely caused by AI assistant interferes with processing agent messages.
Resolution
The issue was fixed in TeamCity 2025.11.3. The update is recommended.
Workaround
If the immediate update is not possible, add teamcity.ai.assistant.enabled=false internal property. It disables the AI assistant and should mitigate this issue.
