TeamCity installation includes log4j-1.2-api.jar file

According to the documentation, TeamCity has been using Log4j 2.x for logging since the 2022.04 version. However, the TeamCity installation includes the log4j-1.2-api.jar file. Does this indicate that TeamCity may still be using the 1.x version of Log4j to some extent?
