Banner notification in TeamCity UI

Question

Is it possible to set up some kind of banner notification in the TeamCity UI? For example, to inform the users when the server is undergoing migration or maintenance, etc.

Answer

TeamCity does not have a built-in feature for this, but it can be achieved using Static UI Extensions.

Note: For the Sakura UI, all default rules in the static-ui-extensions.xml file should be removed, except for the following rule that includes the necessary HTML file to match all pages:
