How to set up updates for Junie EAP in your IDE

Answer

By default, Plugins menu in the IDE can offer updates only from the stable releases source. If you are installing Junie EAP manually from the marketplace website and would like to keep it updated by using Plugins menu in your IDE, you may want to configure the list of custom plugin repositories to do it, which will complement the release source for Junie plugin:

open Settings | Plugins in your IDE, click on "gear" icon and select "Manage Plugin Repositories"
add the line below to the list in the newly opened window and save it (it is plugin repository file with Junie EAP updates)

click Update Plugin on Junie plugin update request

Note: With some circumstances this might not work as expected, one of them is a stable version of Junie being offered with a higher build version than the latest available EAP build.
