How to declare extracted variable as 'final'

When the "Introduce variable" refactoring is used, the variable is not declared as final. How to change that?

Answer

After you've used "Introduce variable", there is a little gear icon next to the variable name that you can press to declare it as final:

Once set, the IDE will remember your preference and apply this setting to all subsequent variable extractions.
