How to enable Chinese localization in JetBrains IDE

1. The Chinese (Simplified) Language Pack / 中文语言包 plugin is bundled and enabled by default. If it is disabled, enable it in Settings | Plugins on the Installed tab. If it is missing, install it from the Marketplace tab:
