How to change font size in tool window?

Answer

Go to "Settings | Appearance & Behavior | Appearance | Accessibility" and check "Use custom font". Change the font size to the desired value.

Note: this will change the font in all tool windows. Changing font size in one specific tool window is not supported.

Note: this will not change the font size in Code Editor. To change font size in the Code Editor, go to "Settings | Editor | Font"
