How to disable sticky lines in Editor?

Background

By default, you can see an area "stuck" to the editor top, that shows the parent code. If you scroll the code, it remains at this position.

Question

There is an overlay that shows the parent element. How to disable it?

Option 1: Right-click on the sticky lines region and select Disable

Go to "Settings | Editor | General | Sticky Lines" and disable Show sticky lines while scrolling option
