When you edit a Run/Debug configuration in IntelliJ IDEA or another JetBrains IDE and make changes through the ‘modify options’ dialog, it is essential to save these changes to ensure they are retained. After making the necessary adjustments, click on either the Apply or OK button in the main Run/Debug configuration dialog. Exiting the edit interface with the Esc key or without applying changes will not save your modifications.
