How to use opposite theme and color scheme (Light on Dark)

I prefer my IDE with a light theme and a dark color scheme. Some control colors are not aligned. How to improve the look?

Answer

We have no pre-installed theme for dark Editor and light UI, so the custom theme has to be made. The list of customization follows below:
