No toggle beside 'Unversioned Files' in Rider when there are many files

Problem

In the “Commit” tab in Rider, there is no toggle displayed beside “Unversioned Files,” making it unclear how to view or manage these files when there are many unversioned ones.

Cause

This behavior occurs because Rider alters its display when there is a large number of unversioned files. To avoid performance issues, the usual expandable tree/toggle is replaced with a counter and a "Browse" link.

Resolution

When you encounter this situation, click the Browse link next to Unversioned Files. This link will open a separate view displaying the full list of unversioned files, enabling you to review and add selected files to version control.

This behavior is intentional and designed to improve performance when the number of unversioned files is high. Once the number of unversioned files decreases, the toggle feature will return in the Commit tab.
