Commit and Push button missing in the Commit tool window

Problem

Commit and Push button in Commit tool window is missing. There is only the Commit button. Remote repository URLs are configured correctly in main menu - Git > Manage Remotes..

Resolution

Disable the Classic UI plugin: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/24468-classic-ui in Settings (⌘ + , or Ctrl + Alt + S) > Plugins > Installed.
