Red and green lock icons show up on packages/directories icons in Project view

Problem

Red and green lock icons appear on packages in a project. How to remove them?

Resolution

Disable all downloaded plugins to check if the issue persists:

1. Navigate to Settings (⌘ + , or Ctrl + Alt + S) > Plugins > Installed.
2. Disable all downloaded/non-bundled plugins.
3. Check if the lock icons disappear.
4. Re-enable the necessary plugins individually to identify the plugin causing the behavior.

If the issue is limited to one project, review the unique configurations or setups in the affected project to rule out any additional causes.
