Subversion credentials: Prompt for credentials on project reopen

Problem

PHPStorm prompts for SVN credentials every time a project is opened or reopened, even when the option to save credentials is checked. This behavior occurs across multiple projects, requiring users to enter credentials frequently.

Resolution

1. Enable interactive mode for Subversion:

   • Navigate to Settings Version Control Subversion in PHPStorm.
   • Check the option "Enable interactive mode".

   This allows PHPStorm to retrieve credentials from the key store without prompting every time a project is opened or reopened.

   • Reproduce the issue.
   • Collect logs using Help Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data and share them with JetBrains support for further investigation.
