How to switch to another JetBrains Account to activate JetBrains IDEs

Problem

A user activated a license in a JetBrains IDE using one JetBrains Account but later wants to switch and use a different JetBrains Account (e.g., switching from a personal license to a company license, or vice versa).

Resolution

1. When a project is open, go to the IDE main menu and select Help | Manage Subscriptions or Help | Register. When no project is open, click the Settings icon | Manage Subscriptions in the bottom-left corner of the Welcome screen.
2. In the Manage Subscriptions dialog, click your username in the bottom-left corner and select Log Out.
3. Then, click Log In in the bottom-left corner of the same dialog and sign in with your new JetBrains Account.
4. Select Activate Another Subscription in the same dialog, choose the JetBrains Account option, and activate the new license using your new account.
