Commit tool window missing the files checkboxes and the Commit button

Problem

After updating to IDE 2025.1, the non-modal commit window is missing critical elements such as checkboxes, the comment field, and the commit button. All settings are configured correctly.

Cause

The problem seems to be caused by a corrupted IDE installation.

Resolution

Uninstall and install the latest release of the IDE: https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download.

If necessary, perform a complete uninstallation of the IDE:

Uninstall the necessary instance
Delete the IDE configuration directory
Delete the IDE system directory
