Git push/pull hangs for a long time

Problem

When invoking push and pull operations from the IDE UI, it hangs for a long time and finishes only after 1.5h, or doesn't finish at all.

Cause

IDE is trying to access the native keychain to retrieve the credentials token, but fails for some reason.

Resolution

Enable the In KeePass option instead of native keychain in Settings (⌘ + , or Ctrl + Alt + S) > Appearance & Behavior > System Settings > Passwords and restart the IDE?
