Cannot see the dotCover test menu in Visual Studio

Problem

• Installed dotCover, but cannot see the “dot cover menu” in the visual studio context menu.
• There is no dotCover in the license summary (ReSharper | Help | License Information).

• dotCover is not disabled in the ReSharper | Options | Environment | Products & Features list.

Cause

dotCover is not installed.
