Summary

The article shows how to transfer licenses from the JetBrains Console into the IDE Services License Vault Dashboard.

Steps

1. Log into your JetBrains Console
2. Navigate to the Team containing IDE Services
3. Navigate to the IDE Services management page
4. Click Add prepaid Licenses button
5. This will navigate the user to the page containing the available licenses for transfer
6. Select the required license
7. Select "Transfer"

Special Notes:

Permissions required

The user should have either customer organization administrator or Team administrator to transfer the licenses between the Teams, not the IDE Services administrator. 

Timing

Once licenses are transferred, it takes 2 hours to automatically refresh the license and update the changes. If the customer would like to apply the changes faster, they can refresh the IDE Services license manually directly in the IDE Services UI by following this article.
