Licenses not visible after transfer to another team

Problem

After transferring licenses from one team to a different team, the transferred licenses are not visible in the destination team overview.

Resolution

IDE Services has a 2-hour turnaround time for reflecting license changes, to have changes reflect instantly, perform a refresh of your IDE Services licenses as described below:

1. Navigate to the IDE Services Web UI.
2. Go to Configuration | License & Activation.
3. Click on Refresh license in the IDE Services section.
