Common errors during the IDE Services startup

Problem

After IDE Services first run, following errors appear in log:

2025-03-14T16:01:26.428Z ERROR 1 --- [Toolbox Enterprise] [           main] o.j.bad.fls.server.core.c.SignerFactory  : Failed to create signer. Server will not be able to handle IDE requests. Reason: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: PK is missing

2025-09-11T09:17:53.050Z  WARN 1 --- [Toolbox Enterprise] [tor-tcp-epoll-8] c.j.t.s.license.LicenseTypeProvider      : No valid license found

2025-09-11T09:17:56.997Z  WARN 1 --- [Toolbox Enterprise] [tor-tcp-epoll-8] o.jetbrains.bad.lv.tbe.TBELicenseVault   : Unable to install new licenses. Server going to the STANDBY mode
 java.lang.IllegalStateException: Provided claims () doesn't have a required lv.payload claim

Cause

These are common errors which can be ignored during the first application startup as they refer to the IDE Services license not being activated. Once license is applied, they should gone.
