Failed to locate TFS Java SDK native libraries

Problem:

Trying to add a VCS Root from TFVC shows the following error:

(Team Foundation Version Control) Failed to locate TFS Java SDK native libraries: 
'java.lang.String com.microsoft.tfs.jni.internal.platformmisc.NativePlatformMisc.nativeGetEnvironmentVariable(java.lang.String)

Cause:

Our servers run on ARM architecture by default, and due to https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/TW-75026/TFS-checkout-fails-on-ARM-architecture-M1-agent we are aware that the libraries required are not available in TeamCity.

Workaround:

If you need TFS/TFVC support in your instance, get in touch with support. We can request that your instance is moved to an x86_64 architecture
