Are there any backups of TeamCity Cloud instances?

Answer

Yes, the backups are created daily and retained for 5 days. Additionally, a recovery mechanism based on hourly snapshots is available.

• In the event that the instance needs to be restored from backup, the restoration is handled by JetBrains.
• A backup of TeamCity data, which includes configurations, logs, and build history, can be provided by TeamCity Support.
• Artifacts can also be exported from the artifacts storage upon request.
• To receive the backup, the license owner must send a request through a support ticket.
